i)You can make an inquiry using the website directly on the chat button or through our email, phone number, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook. Your inquiry will be responded to, and your case will be assigned to a consultant/mentor at The high school connection. 

ii) You will then receive a request to provide our team with your academic transcripts alongside other academic or extra curricular achievement proof. 

iii) Our team will review your academic background, the course you are applying for and determine if you are eligible for a scholarship in 1-5 business days. In case of a negative outcome, you will be informed and your provided documentation will be promptly deleted from our database. You are ofcourse, welcome to apply with us in case the circumstances change based on the stated reason for rejection. Incase of a positive decision, you will be invited to the next stage.

iv) You will receive an initial scholarship application form from us, which you can return to us as at your earliest convenience after filling in all the necessary information and will be processed within 1-5 business days. This is for us to understand you beyond your academic achievements, and to help you find the best academic and social fit school, as well as undertand your family budget. 

v) After review, we then schedule our initial online meeting with both the student and parents/legal guardian at the best possible time that works for both parties. This is usually the time where we learn more about the student, their schedule and how we will work with them and their family, as well as let you ask any questions you might have for us. What we do, why we do it, success stories and anything else that you might need to know about us.

vi) If we establish from the meeting that you will benefit from our services as well as if we conclude that the student fits our program needs, we will send an invoice for 20% commitment fees.

The fee is one time and nonrefundable. Once the fees are covered, the student will receive another invite to an online meeting. During this time, the student (the parents/legal guardians could also attend) will receive information about schools they are eligible to apply and get informed about the schools, the opportunities available etc. The student will then be given time to see if they are interested in the mentioned schools and will inform their mentor for further proceedings.

vii) The student will then be invited to apply for the schools, with assistance from us, and in the meantime, will receive support in preparing the best essays/motivation letters, preparatory online written interviews and personal/oral interviews with us so as to prepare the student’s confidence and so as they have more experience about the application process as well as mentally and have a smoother interview process. We also assist to ensure the student submits all other documents such as academic reports, parents' financial information such as bank statements, achievements, etc. and ensuring deadlines are met. We entirely help the student throughout the application process and provide full time support for our students. After all applications are submitted, a 30% of the fee is to be paid. 

viii) Once the student has received a scholarship in the school they are most interested in, they will then receive further support about visas and more from the school but can always consult us for any additional information needed, or we can refer a student to the best visa consultant agency with the most affordable fees.

The family will also be required to complete the 50% fees to secure the place at a school.

vii) You will then be invited to apply for the univerisities, with assistance from us, and in the meantime, will receive support in preparing the best essays/motivation letters, preparatory online written interviews and personal/oral interviews with us so as to prepare the student’s confidence and so as they have more experience about the application process as well as mentally and have a smoother interview process. We also assist to ensure the student submits all other documents such as academic reports, parents' financial information, achievements, etc. and ensuring deadlines are met. We entirely help the student throughout the application process and provide full time support for our students.

v)Once the student has received a scholarship in the univeristy they are most interested in, they will then receive further support about visas and more from the school but can always consult us for any additional information needed, or we can refer a student to the best visa consultant agency with the most affordable fees and is then advised on how best to be prepared for the upcoming academic journey.

Please note: Due to the complexities of applying for admissions and scholarships at university, as each process is entirely unique to the applicant and their needs, we do not have one payment plan. We then assist our students through various mock testing for applicants who need to give an exam, particularly Oxbridge applicants, and those required to give interviews as part of their application to be further prepared and challenged and the mock personal interviews to prepare them with confidence, give expert advice on what they are doing good and what needs to be improved in their communication skills and how to present themselves best.

ii) You will then receive an initial short program application form from us, which you can return to us as soon at your earliest convenience after filling in all the necessary information and will be processed within 1-5 business days. 

iii)  After review, we then schedule our initial online meeting with both the applicant and parents/legal guardian (for applicants under 18 years old) at the best possible time that works for all parties. This is usually the time where we learn more about the applicant, their schedule and how we will work with them and their family to ensure they receive access to all the important relevant opportunities, as well as let you ask any questions you might have for us. iii) If we establish from the meeting that you will benefit from our services as well as if we conclude that the student fits our program needs, we will send an invoice for 60 USD admissions fees. The fees are one time only and nonrefundable. 

iv) Once payment is finalized, the student will receive another invite to an online meeting. During this time, the student (the parents/legal guardians could also attend) will receive information about programs/projects they are eligible to apply and get informed about the project/program, the volunteer opportunities available, gap year opportunities, research opportunities and all that is relevenat. 

v) The student will then be invited to apply for the institutions and various programs, with assistance from us, and in the meantime, will receive support in preparing the best essays/motivation letters, preparing their curriculum vitae (CV) and personal/oral interviews with us so as to prepare the student’s confidence and so as they have more experience about the application process as well as mentally and have a smoother interview process. We also assist to ensure the student submits all other documents such as skills, experience, achievements, etc. and ensuring deadlines are met. We entirely help the applicant throughout the application process and provide full time support for our students. 

vi) Once the student has received a fully funded program where only their skills matter and not their ability to pay, and chose where they are most interested in, they will then receive further support about visas and more from the institution, but can always consult us for any additional information needed, or we can refer a student to the best visa consultant agency with the most affordable fees
