i)You can make an inquiry using the website directly on the chat button or through our email, phone number, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook. Your inquiry will be responded to, and your case will be assigned to a consultant/mentor at The high school connection. You will then receive an initial scholarship application form from us, which you can return to us as at your earliest convenience after filling in all the necessary information and will be processed within 1-3 business days.

ii) After review, we then schedule our initial online meeting with both the student and parents/legal guardian at the best possible time that works for both parties. This is usually the time where we learn more about the student, their schedule and how we will work with them and their family, as well as let you ask any questions you might have for us. What we do, why we do it, success stories and anything else that you might need to know about us.

iii) If we establish from the meeting that you will benefit from our services as well as if we conclude that the student fits our program needs, we will send an invoice for the chosen program fees. As a charitable nonprofit organization, this fee mainly helps in covering advertising and marketing campaigns to let more qualified students gain knowledge about this opportunity as well as all other administrative costs. We try to keep our costs low so as to reach as many qualified students in need as possible as you'll be hard pressed to find any admissions consultants charging such affordable fees and fully guide you and support you to gain a scholarship that meets your family needs.

iv) The student will then be invited to apply for the schools, with assistance from us, and in the meantime, will receive support in preparing the best essays/motivation letters, preparatory online written interviews and personal/oral interviews with us so as to prepare the student’s confidence and so as they have more experience about the application process as well as mentally and have a smoother interview process. We also assist to ensure the student submits all other documents such as academic reports, parents' financial information such as bank statements, achievements, etc. and ensuring deadlines are met. We entirely help the student throughout the application process and provide full time support for our students. 

v) Once the student has received a scholarship in the school they are most interested in, they will then receive further support about visas and more from the school but can always consult us for any additional information needed, or we can refer a student to the best visa consultant agency with the most affordable fees. Once it has been confirmed the student will be joining the school, we then send a compliance form for interested high school students. Once the form is filled in, the student can join our High school connection global community group. This is a place where most of the students who got scholarships through our program tend to know each other and form new friendships, but importantly, it's a place where students share different academic resources, study techniques, fun academic games and competitions organized by students themselves or us, volunteer programs, affordable summer programs, university scholarship opportunities, receive support from our talented mentors where they can ask anything and so much more. The compliance form is mainly to ensure that students have a positive attitude towards others regardless of their race, nationality, gender or religion and condemn any negative attitude. The groups are also managed by mentors to ensure discussions are meaningful. While we are open to nonacademic friendly discussions, we do not accept any behavior or content that is not minor-friendly as 80% of our students are minors, and we ensure that the atmosphere of the group is kept so.

We try to keep our costs low so as to reach as many qualified applicants in need as possible as you'll not be able to find any admissions consultants charging such affordable fees and fully guide you and support you to gain a volunteer program that meets your needs, from experience to financially. During this time, the student (the parents/legal guardians could also attend) will receive information about programs/projects they are eligible to apply and get informed about the project/program, the volunteer opportunities available, the realistic expectations of their lives abroad as volunteers etc. The applicants will then be given time to see if they are interested in the mentioned programs and will inform their mentor for further proceedings. 

v) The student will then be invited to apply for the institutions and various programs, with assistance from us, and in the meantime, will receive support in preparing the best essays/motivation letters, preparing their curriculum vitae (CV) and personal/oral interviews with us so as to prepare the student’s confidence and so as they have more experience about the application process as well as mentally and have a smoother interview process. We also assist to ensure the student submits all other documents such as skills, experience, achievements, etc. and ensuring deadlines are met. We entirely help the applicant throughout the application process and provide full time support for our students. 

vi) Once the student has received a fully funded volunteer program where only their skills matter and not their ability to pay, and chose where they are most interested in, they will then receive further support about visas and more from the institution, but can always consult us for any additional information needed, or we can refer a student to the best visa consultant agency with the most affordable fees
