Please read the following institutional and legal declarations carefully before proceeding with enrollment:

1. Non-School Status: The High School Connection operates strictly as an independent academic tutoring service, educational consultancy, and instructional preparation provider. We are not a school, registered academy, or formal secondary education institution, and we do not claim or represent ourselves as such.

2. No High School Diploma Issuance: Because we are an instructional support provider and not a traditional school, The High School Connection does not confer, award, or issue a high school diploma, school-leaving certificate, or secondary graduation scroll.

3. Exclusions of Practical Modules & Project Qualifications: To maintain the highest standard of theoretical and analytical instruction, our services do not include or cover any practical laboratory components, physical science experiments, the UK Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), or the Cambridge International Project Qualification (CIPQ/IPQ) 

4. Globally Recognized Qualifications: Independent private candidates prepared by our tutors register for and sit their final examinations externally. Upon successful completion of these examinations, students graduate with official certifications issued directly by Cambridge Assessment International Education (CIE) or Pearson Edexcel. These International AS & A2 Level qualifications are independently and globally recognized by elite universities worldwide.

5. Exam Registration Assistance: While The High School Connection is an instructional center and not an official exam venue, we proactively guide our private candidates through the external registration process. We work alongside the local British Council or other approved private examination centers to ensure candidates successfully register for their exam series in a timely, accurate manner. Final examination registration fees are levied by the exam boards/venues and are separate from our tuition packages.

To keep our learning environment fair, productive, and highly effective, all registered students and parents are expected to follow these foundational principles:

1. Academic Integrity & Honor Code

• Authentic Effort: Students must complete their homework, assignments, and monthly assessments on their own. Copying work, plagiarizing, or using AI tools to write assignments is strictly prohibited.

• Guiding, Not Doing: Our tutors are here to explain concepts, guide your thinking, and give detailed feedback on school coursework or Internal Assessments (IAs). However, tutors will never write, rewrite, or complete assessable school work for you.

• Resource Protection: All proprietary materials and portal content are for the registered student's personal educational use only and cannot be shared publicly or distributed.

2. Attendance & Operations

• Punctuality: Classes start on time. Because our schedules are tightly managed, sessions cannot be extended if a student arrives late.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: For 1-to-1 sessions, you must give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to miss a class to qualify for a makeup session. Missed group classes or late cancellations cannot be refunded or rescheduled, though you will still receive the class materials and recordings.

• Mandatory Assessments: Taking the monthly assessment is required. It provides the data we need to give accurate feedback and help the student improve.

Fill out our quick online application form. Tell us which curriculum path you are pursuing (IBDP, CIE, or Edexcel), your target subjects, and whether you are a private candidate or looking for extra after-school enrichment.

2.The Diagnostic Entrance Assessment

Every student takes a baseline diagnostic assessment.

For standard students, this simply helps our tutors pinpoint your current strengths and conceptual gaps so we can customize your path.

For advanced students wishing to qualify for the Accelerated 15-Month Program, this exam is mandatory. We use it to confidently verify that you possess the core academic foundations required to handle a condensed timeline.

 3.The Consultation & Strategy Session

We host a relaxed, virtual meeting with the student and parents. Here, we share the diagnostic results, discuss the student's long-term university goals, recommend the ideal class structure (1-to-1 or small group), and mutually agree on an academic roadmap.

 4. Portal Onboarding & Launch

Once the roadmap is finalized and the initial monthly installment is processed, the student is granted full access to their Dedicated Student Portal. You will receive your class timetable, unlock your course repositories, and meet your specialized tutor.

Premium, syllabus-specific education should not cost a fortune. Because our instruction happens entirely online, we eliminate the heavy physical overhead of traditional campuses. To keep things completely predictable for the family budget, we do not bill by irregular hours or surprise you with hidden fees. Instead, our plans are structured as a fixed, all-inclusive monthly package

• The Accelerated 15-Month Track: [Insert Price + 20-25% Premium]. This requires a customized surcharge because our specialized tutors dedicate extra out-of-hours availability to safely condense a two-year syllabus.

Financial Aid Philosophy: Meeting 100% of Demonstrated Need 

True to the core mission of The High School Connection, we believe that financial constraints should never stand in the way of academic potential. We are deeply committed to making elite education accessible through a fair, transparent financial aid model:

• Meeting 100% of Demonstrated Need: We pledge to meet 100% of a student’s demonstrated financial need. We look closely at each family's unique situation to assess what you can realistically afford. This is especially designed for independent private candidates who want an elite international education but would otherwise be priced out of a regular high school.

• A Shared Investment: It is important to note that our financial aid is designed to bridge the gap, not necessarily provide a completely free ride. We calculate a fair, customized tuition rate based on your financial data, ensuring a realistic and sustainable contribution from the family.

• Mandatory Upfront Declaration: If you believe your family will require financial support, this must be declared and applied for at the very beginning during the initial admission process. To maintain strict operational fairness, we do not offer financial aid after the start of the program under any circumstances. All aid structures must be verified and locked in before your very first class begins.

Payment Terms

• Upfront Monthly Billing: Fees are paid at the beginning of each calendar month via the Student Portal or bank transfer.

• What is Included? Your single monthly fee strictly covers all live tutoring sessions, curated course materials, 24/7 portal access, standard monthly diagnostic assessments, and parental feedback updates. There are absolutely zero separate registration or material resource fees.
