Location: Japan
Eligibility: Must be a citizen of Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand or Vietnam. Must be currently be a full-time employee working in a professional field. (Self-employed and freelance included).
Applicants should have at least 2 years of full-time professional job experience at the time of the application, should have sufficient English skills and cultural adaptability to live and study abroad.
And lastly, must possess the physical and mental capabilities necessary to fully participate in program activities without an accompanying person.
When: May-July, 2027 or Sep-Nov, 2027 (8 weeks)

2. FAO eLearning Academy Global Youth Contest 2026
Location: Rome, Italy (World Food Forum, Oct 12–15)
Eligibility: Open to all nationalities, including underrepresented groups. Must be a registered FAO eLearning Academy learner, have completed courses and obtained certified digital badges, and submit a short written story on how FAO learning impacted your studies, career, or community.
